Couple Kayaking in the Sun

Summer Sun Protection

With Summer in full swing it is difficult not to be tempted away from the workday to the beach, park or cottage! Whatever your preferred leisure activities in the summer entail it is important to be prepared for the sun and it’s harmful UV rays.

First Aid Canada is pleased to offer an array of products to help prevent sunburns and also those to treat them, although we hope you never actually have to use them! For sun protection and burn prevention we highly recommend the following products:

Croc Bloc Sunscreen & Sunscreen Sachets

Croc Bloc sunscreen formula provides 30 times more protection than your skin’s natural protection and dries quickly with no oily residue. This formula is also safe for children over six months of age as it is hypoallergenic, unscented, sweat-proof and water resistant for 40 minutes (for children younger seek the advice of a registered practioner). Not only is this product moisturizing with the powers of aloe and vitamin E, but also dermatologist tested and Health Canada approved. Croc Bloc is also availanle in sunscreen sachets that are extremely convenient as they are small, 10mL sachets that come in 50 per box allowing for multiple and convenient applications of sunscreen For more information on the Croc Bloc Sunscreen, click here or for more information on the individual Sachets, click here.
