 Is there a minimum order?

Yes. There is a minimum order of $50 (pre discount, tax and shipping).

 What are my payment options?

  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • Paypal (through our shopping cart or via a paypal invoice that will be email to you)
  • Open Account (Corporate Accounts Only) 

 How do I set up an open account?

Contact us directly by phone with your billing and shipping address ready. A credit card will be required only to ensure your credit is in good standing. Once approved, simply phone or email us your order and we will invoice you.

 What are your terms?

Our terms are Net 30 Days to accounts with established credit. Payment terms do not apply to credit card/paypal payments.

 What are your shipping costs?

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $12.00 on all orders. This fee is subject to change depending on the weight/size of the products as well as destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

 Do you ship to locations outside of Canada?

We currently do not ship to locations outside of Canada.

 Do you really need my email address?

Your email address is an important part of the online ordering process. We use it to send you order confirmations, to let you know that your order has been shipped and use it as the primary form of communication. Your email address is not shared with any third-party organizations. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

 How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

 How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be included.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Once placed, orders are typically shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within five (5) business days depending on the destination. 

 What if I need my order rushed?

If you require your order by a certain time, please notify us when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Extra-shipping fees may apply depending on the time constraint.

 Do you offer discounted pricing for bulk orders?

 Can I order customized products?

 Can I return or exchange a product?

If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

 What first aid kit and/or supplies do I require for my business?

To find what supplies you require for your business, simply click on Products > First Aid Kits > Provincial Regulation Kits and select the province where your business is located. View the descriptions for exact details regarding the provincial regulations.  Do your first aid kits have an expiration date?

The First Aid Kits themselves do not have an expiration date or shelf life however certain items within the kits may have an expiration date (ie. antiseptic wipes, solutions, etc.). If the item does have an expiration date, the date is clearly marked on the package.

 What if my organization is tax exempt?

Simply contact us directly with your tax exempt number and will will process your order manually.

 Do you carry automated external defibrillators (AEDs)?

Yes. We carry Philips and ZOLL AEDs. We also carry AED accessories including AED trainers and alarmed cabinets. 

 When is your next public course that I can enroll in?

First Aid Canada provide privately run courses only. This means we have no set schedule or main teaching location. We come to you and teach in your space at a time that is most convenient for you. We do not offer public courses. For your convenience, you can find a public course via the Lifesaving Society's website.
